1 – Light and Philosophy

When designing lighting for private residences,
we seek the kind of illumination that calms the soul.
As light touches the wall, brushes across the carpet, wraps around a mirrored surface—
a quiet, sacred atmosphere instantly forms.
This light silences noise, tames excess, and brings forth a space of inner clarity,
where the philosophy of “ultimate emptiness, perfect stillness” comes to life.

2 – Light and Zen

Here, we’ve hidden a symbolic structure of “round heaven, square earth.”
The floor features a geometric progression of overlapping squares;
the ceiling, a minimalist circle-shaped pendant light.
Together they reflect a cosmic balance between ground and sky.
The Zen-inspired décor— a Buddha figure, a single leaf, a cloud basket, a distant mountain —
invites the spirit into poetic stillness and artistic mindfulness.

3 – Light and Time

The idea of “round heaven, square earth” shapes not only spatial layout but also a deeper harmony with time and existence.
When the light gently falls on the dining table,
the family naturally lingers, cherishing even the simplest shared meal.
Through this dance of light and shadow,
they experience the quiet passage of time together.

4 – Light and Space

The three-meter-wide corridor leading to the bedroom serves as a transition between public and private zones—
between the living and dining areas, and the sanctuary beyond.
Wider than a typical hallway, its plain walls are left bare,
save for carefully placed wall lights casting soft, layered shadows.
This simple and open passage offers a moment of quiet clarity upon entering—
a subtle yet welcoming “gray space” that gently bridges the entire home.
